How to Make a Claim
-
Contact us with your name, battery details, and a description of the issue.
-
Provide your dated proof of purchase (tax invoice).
-
We'll test the battery. Batteries must be sufficiently charged for accurate testing — a charging period may apply if recharging is required before testing.
-
If the battery is found to be defective, we'll replace it free of charge.
If we originally installed your battery, we can arrange testing at your location within our service area.

-
Overcharging, undercharging, or a faulty vehicle charging system
